Fix style for cards without image in the Overlay variation

Problem/Motivation

There is not enough space above the card title without image when overlay variation is applied

Card top corners don’t change Works fine when custom or chevron variation is applied

Steps to reproduce

  • log in as admin
  • create a Landing page Layout Builder
  • open Layout Builder
  • add Cards block
  • add cards without images
  • apply overlay and color variations.
  • save the page
  • check the block
