There is no ability to edit an Album on Album page

Problem/Motivation

There is no ability to edit an Album on the Album page.
You can do it only from the /{group}/albums page as a content manager or Album owner.

Proposed resolution

Add the "Edit" link to the right top menu on the Album page for users with edit access.
