User sub menu is not matching figma design and other sub menus styling

Problem/Motivation

1. First problem - user sub menu is styled like 3rd level menu, but should be styled like 2nd level menu (check other sub menus)

2. Second issue - username has cursor: pointer, but it's not clickable. So keep cursor pointer only when selector is a link

Steps to reproduce

1. Figma link
2. Standard profile installation
3. Login as admin user
