Update how search is used

Problem/Motivation

The search region is kinda confusing in that only 1 block should be placed there and then that block has to be overridden for use search pattern or it breaks the layout.

Should move this to the pattern.

1. Remove region
2. Add new setting section to header for search, in the setting have a field for search url.
3. Update any configuration
4 Schema should be validated
5. Update header pattern to use a search pattern slot.
