Footer pretty broken

Problem/Motivation

While working on a project noticed several issues with the footer

The social links didn't appear on the form when selecting 'medium' when it should
If agency URL isn't provided the footer layout breaks.
Social links were appearing even without value
Nav footer appeared with empty divs because nav was empty
