If I make a mod state change via the node display i.e. /node-title using these buttons, on the revisions tab, the revsion appears but the value of 'by' i.e. the user is stored wrongly - not the user who made the change. It's grabbing the user of a previous revsion, but I can't quote see the pattern. If that same user makes a mod state change via the node form e.g /node/nid/edit - where 'Moderation state' is set to use 'Workflow buttons' it does store the correct user.
This is a recent change and perhaps a conflict with another module of a Drupal (minor) upgrade - any pointers very welcome. Thanks.
