Adding newsletter signup

I made a custom signup form, available online at http://eepurl.com/glYHI9. I made a new "group" on Mailchimp that allows people to indicate if they're interested in other areas as well, such as volunteering. This will require we pay attention to new signups as they come in, and follow up as needed. I made the form require an email verification to cut down on spam, but additional measures may be needed.

The next step is to link to it on the website, with either a button or graphic to draw user's attention.
