Allow other modules to change encrypted key for antibot

Problem/Motivation

Some website services has a problem with Crypt::hmacBase64 antibot key form protection. It's needed to be able to alter _antibot_generate_key function.

Proposed resolution

Add a suitable collect / alter hook.
