"Undefined Variable Error: $tids in ImportTaxonomyTranslationsForm"

Problem/Motivation

After installation of module navigate to admin/config/ when we try to use import it gives the warning message.I am attaching screenshort of this issue.

Steps to reproduce

I have uploaded a patch to resolve the above issue.
