Add ability to "Partially update" items instead of overriding.

Problem/Motivation

To allow users to add data in Algolia, it would be nice to provide a toggle to replace vs partially update items.

Proposed resolution

Add a settings toggle and use "partialUpdateObjects" instead of "sendObjects".
