Steps Reproduce:

1. Installed the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/aweber_block:^9.1'.

2: go to /admin/config/aweber_block/get_authorization it throws an error, error mentioned below

Warning: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in Drupal\aweber_block\Service\AweberAuthentication->buildAuthorizationUrl() (line 56 of modules\contrib\aweber_block\src\Service\AweberAuthentication.php).

I've attached an image illustrating my actions—installing the module and searching within the extended panel.
