@chlowden, the module is installed without any error,
The issue you are facing is related to media library configurations are already exists in DB.
Extend page Installation error on Drupal 10.2.4. Module installation via composer
Unable to install Media Library, core.entity_form_mode.media.media_library, core.entity_view_mode.media.media_library, image.style.media_library, media_library.settings, views.view.media_library already exist in active configuration.
Uninstall and restinall gives same error
