Clarify admin UX of Home options

Problem/Motivation

The exposed options in the admin UI (/admin/config/user-interface/menu-breadcrumb) are confusing at present.

1. There are checkboxes for Remove "Home" link then Add "Home" link. This leads to a confusing UX.
2. "Home" options appear to not be applied if the Menu Breadcrumb builder doesn't match the current page. This behaviour might be clarified in the admin screen.
3. ✨ Provide custom text option for 'Home' link Needs review will add an additional "Home" option.

This should be reviewed and improved, adding this issue to note the situation and capture thinking.
