Points to core classes for 10.3

Flexible Permissions is now part of Drupal core 10.3. All modules using Flexible Permissions can update their minimum requirement to Drupal 10.3 or greater, we need to make sure that they can still use the old namespace (\Drupal\flexible_permissions) without issues.
