I'm experiencing issues with Gin admin theme on Drupal 9 when used on a iOS Chrome/Chromium only when in mobile view. Landscape/desktop proportions work just fine.
I attached a screenshot to better show what I am experiencing. It also appears it does not happen with all the select elements, but I can reproduce it always in the action form at the top/bottom of admin views.
Using only iOS Chrome/Chromium with mobile view:
- Install Drupal 9 (haven't tested on 10 unfortunately) and install Gin theme
- Make sure you have actions enabled on the site and navigate to an admin view like Contents
- Try to interact with the select items, the option list will show misplaced
Feel free to ask any other detail, I was not able to address the style of the dropdown list in any way and I'm asking support for creating a MR/patch for local use.

User interface
This looks generally very broken. As we use the system dropdowns I don't see anything wrong from Gin's side.
Make sure all the CSS/JS gets loaded. Maybe try to remote debug it to see if there are any issues in the console.
