When a user has multiple roles, FMC may not trigger off the right one

Hi!
I've added a Merge Request to handle this case.
I've added additional settings for new form modes to be able to specify the weight for each role.
In case the user has several roles and access to different form modes, he will see the form mode for the prioritized role.

Could you please check new functionality and give me feedback what should be improved?
