Problem/Motivation

It seems to me handy to have the ability to use different sources for the spam words. For now, the module works only with the configuration, so tracking configuration changes becomes a problem. Another purpose for this issue is to provide an ability for non-admin users to extend a list of the SPAM words.

Proposed resolution

We can try to use the taxonomy entities to allow users to add new spam words and avoid configuration changes or permissions problems.

Updated the configuration form to provide the ability to select vocabulary with the spam words;

Added a service that contains simple logic for working with different sources for the spam words;

Created the update hook to provide new values for the configuration.
