Problem/Motivation

The field label appears to be hard-coded & always shows Description instead of field label.

Steps to reproduce

Add new Color Pickr field & go to add form.

Proposed resolution

Fix hard-coded label.

I just updated the changes for the new 1.1.x branch. The patch didn't apply into the 1.1.2 version anymore.
