1. Installed the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/migrate_validate_url:1.0.x-dev@dev'
2: When trying to enable this module it throws an error, the error mentioned below
Error: Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserException: The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (^.9.5 || ^10) is not a valid value in modules/contrib/migrate_validate_url/migrate_validate_url.info.yml in Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserDynamic->parse() (line 77 of core\lib\Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserDynamic.php).
