"preconfiguration" key missing in schema

Problem/Motivation

config_inspector complains in a view with bulk operations (even afer resaving):

display.default.display_options.fields.views_bulk_operations_bulk_form.preconfiguration 	Undefined 	undefined

So I think the schema for that key is missing?

Steps to reproduce

• Configure a view with a VBO field
• Run config_inspector check and see the error
