Allow Branch Hours block to be used by other content types

Problem/Motivation

When Y's need an additional content type that's essentially a clone of Branch, such as Child Care, the Branch Hours block should be able to be used there with little to no modification.

Steps to reproduce

- Clone the Branch Content Type
- Try to create a new node with the cloned content type
- Observe the Branch Hours Block does not display.

Proposed resolution

Modify the $node->bundle() === 'branch' check to allow for any node that has the field_branch_hours field.
