Y Styles defaults are not set

Problem/Motivation

When creating a new node, only "color scheme" and "border radius" "Y Styles" options are selected by default. All of the options should have a default set.

Steps to reproduce

log in as admin
create Branch, Camp, Camp Subpage and Facility content types with layout Builder enabled
open layout builder
click on the override styles button and check if styles are enabled by default

Proposed resolution

Add defaults and update.
