eca_entity_field_value_changed doesn't work for the status field

While the "fix" in core might be rather long term, we may have to improve the handling in ECA such that we cast the value type depending on the field type, if possible.

Turns out, this had already been done for data definitions of type FieldConfig, but the status field is of type BaseFieldDefinition. Adding that to the special case fixes the issue as well.

Fixed and back ported to 1.1.x
