I've made major changes to the HelloSign →
module. Specifically, I've migrated to Drupal 10 and upgraded the PHP
libraries to version 8.2 and higher. Additionally, I've transitioned from
using the deprecated hellosign-php-sdk package to dropbox-sign-php.

Considering these significant updates, I believe it would be beneficial to
have me added as an owner or maitainer for this project. This would ensure its
continued upkeep and relevance.

    Since the project is covered from the security advisory policy, site/project moderators will not add as maintainers/co-maintainers/owners people who cannot opt projects into security advisory coverage.

    If this issue were moved to the Drupal.org project ownership queue, it would be moved back.
