print an entire book to pdf

Problem/Motivation

I'm looking to add support for printing an entire book with a table of contents. The book module is a core module.
Wondering if I should make a sub module for "PDF printing with template"

Steps to reproduce

• Install the book module
• install entity_print and configure it
• only prints one section of a book, not the entire book.
