Improve the formatter to allow configurable output of the address data

Problem/Motivation

I would like to have a possibility to display the data of the of the field separately. This can be useful for example in views, when I wand to output the Country in one place of the DOM and the state in another place, and probably hide the full address of particular display.
Right now there no way to display the address fields separately.
