Reporting I found a weird behavior. When attempting to disable the OpenAI CKEditor integration submodule, it notified that it was going to remove config for a content type entity view display and a view. After looking at both, the only thing I was eventually able to find was that they required the same role as I allowed to utilize the Open AI feature in CKEditor. When I removed that role from permissions for Open AI, it then allowed me to diable the CKEditor submodule without any notices or problems.
