Check language issue

In the commit https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ckeditor_wiris/-/commit/5c0b2e813b37b... I had to put a partial piece of code into comment as it was crashing the plugin.

Error: Uncaught TypeError: language.toLowerCase is not a function.

Check why the language is not properly being set for the plugin.

- Move code out of comment
- Rebuild the assets
- Edit a page and try to use any of the two plugins.

Fix language detection somehow.

Had to rebuild the JS to get it to currently work without a fix for this...

Production build 0.71.5 2024
