Module does not work out of the box. Update to Brevo API and fix Webform handler

Hi, currently the module does not work out of the box with the new Brevo API due to misc issues like:
- https://www.drupal.org/project/sendinblue_api/issues/3409220 📌 Package sendinblue/api-v3-sdk is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use getbrevo/brevo-php instead. Fixed
- https://www.drupal.org/project/sendinblue_api/issues/3357212 🐛 Webform Handler does not work RTBC
and other small problem like a dynamic property or missing default values which prevent to open the webform handler configuration form.

The attached patch fixes many issues and allow to use the Webform handler. Please consider to upgrade the code. Eventually would be possible to rename/refactor with the new Brevo brand?

I've already refactored the module using Brevo name on a private repository. I would prefer to share with the current module maintainer instead of create a fork of the module.
