Offering to co-maintain Migrate Google Sheets

Problem/Motivation

This module isn't compatible with either D10 or a working Google Sheets API. I have a client site that's using it daily with some patches and this module is a D10 blocker.

I'd like to get that fixed and ensure that this module continues to work going forwards. I don't think there's much to do, ✨ Google Sheets v4 API Fixed is working in production but blocked on 🐛 Migrate Google Sheets Example Fixed which actually seems to be a configuration issue in the example module.
