Renaming of acctCreation ldap_behaviour to ldap_behavior breaks existing installs

Problem/Motivation

I just upgraded a site from 8.x-4.6 to 8.x-4.7. Had the following config in ldap_user.settings:

acctCreation: ldap_behaviour

However, that value was renamed in 📌 Issue reported by phpStan: Yaml Fixed . But that change is missing an update function. As a result, when upgrading from 8.x-4.6 to 8.x-4.7, the acctCreation value remains unchanged and ldap logins stop working.
