Add Autocomplete Functionality

Added the ability to create Autocomplete Plugins. A sample 'autocomplete' plugin has been provided that just searches against content in the database. A Vertex autocomplete plugin option is also available, but requires some work; still need to parse the response object once actual data is returned.
