Integrate with the PostScans API to request the crawl of a page

Problem/Motivation

Monsido offers a PostScans API to allow for on-demand scan of a page. Ideally this module could expose that option as an easy-to-use call to action, particularly for new or freshly edited pages.

Proposed resolution

Implement an integration with the documented API.

Remaining tasks

• Determine what is needed to submit to the API from Drupal
• Determine if the result can be sent back to Drupal, for example with the callback_url of the API
• Expose a UI widget and/or admin menu option to users with the permission to use Monsido features
