How to use this module to serve the CSS and JS aggregated assets

I understand that this module allows serving aggregated CSS and JS assets directly from the Drupal cache. Could anyone provide detailed instructions for setting this up?

Additionally, is it compatible with the new assets:// stream wrapper for customizing the aggregate path location as outlined in https://www.drupal.org/node/3328126 → through $settings['file_assets_path']?
