Problem/Motivation

This is a follow up issue to https://www.drupal.org/project/migrate_tools/issues/3260646 →

The steps described there still result in the array_flip message.

It seems that the changes introduced in 3260646 get removed in https://www.drupal.org/project/migrate_tools/issues/3397550 🐛 --sync does not remove rows without a destination Fixed
