Using --sync results in: [warning] array_flip(): Can only flip string and integer values! EntityStorageBase.php:278

The steps described there still result in the array_flip message.

It seems that the changes introduced in 3260646 get removed in https://www.drupal.org/project/migrate_tools/issues/3397550 🐛 --sync does not remove rows without a destination Fixed

Bring back the changes from 3260646
