view pager not showing

I have created a view with full pager. But pager is not showing with UI Suite Bootstrap theme while pager is working with other theme.

@Rajan Kumar, I created a view with full pager and the pager is showing on the page. Attaching a screenshot for reference. The theme is working as designed.

the original issue was with ui_patterns_settings module. it is working fine.
