Offering to co-maintain Content locking

I was maintaining only the Drupal 7 branch for security issues, so I abstain from discussion about other branches (or, other issues on the Drupal 7 branch for that matter).

(If suppose if someone wanted to hire me to work on this project perhaps I could, but otherwise just don't have time sadly)

Yea can leave the D7 issues alone till D7 is EOL if that's what the other maintainers prefer.

Only plan to work on D10/D11 side of things.

Also was advised to contact @chr.fritsch and @daniel.bosen which I did just now.

Have put a few older tickets in PNMI

Converted some to MRs

Just bumping this so it doesn’t disappear since so many tickets have been touched recently.

Assuming this isn't happening so will close out. Got a release recently though!
