We have a simple view that displays a group's name and then organizations in that group below it. When we are not logged in, the group name doesn't show. My debug of the view proves the data is simply not available. If I put in "No data" into the "No results behavior" section, then "No Data" will show up when a user is not logged in. We have taken a look at permissions and do not see anything that will block a group's name from showing up for users that are not logged in.
Create a view with fields to show group name and title.
Sort by Group Name. Place the block on a page.
I do not have a proposed solution at this moment. We are in the process of testing and udpating to 3.3 but we are not yet sure if upgrading will fix this issue.

I have installed the module in drupal version 10.0.12 and php version 8.1.27 and could not reproduce the same issue .
