On mobile view drop down toggle button is not visible properly

While going through the theme for issues I found out that the drop-down toggle button is not visible properly and need some more spacing on the right

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and add content, menu items, footer menu etc.

Proposed resolution

Fix the spacing for the drop-down toggle button
