How to: permissions & Scheduling?

This module looks great and sounds like exactly what I need. I've installed it as directed and can create an ad and show it in a block. What I can't figure out is how to allow users to create an ad, or even edit an ad that I have created for them. Also, I don't see where to schedule an ad. These things are talked about in the description but I don't know where to set it up. I looked for documentation in the download file but there is no such folder, I can't find any documentation.

Are the special permissions and scheduling features something that need to be installed separately? Where can I learn how to configure these?

    Hey, so the D9+ branch is a complete rewrite and is very limited in scope: basically only the features that were needed by the organization who sponsored the work were ported, so no scheduling is implemented at the moment. For the same reason, permissions are not very granular: anyone with the Administer ADs permission can create/edit any AD.
