Make it possible to provide email for the Shipping Resend confirmation form

Problem/Motivation

Currently, if we want to resend the shipping confirmation email it will always be sent to the email saved in the related order. It would be good to have the possibility to change this email only for this operation instead of changing the email in the order.

Proposed resolution

Add a new field to this confirmation form where we can set the email. The default value for this field is the email from the order.
