Offering to co-maintain Varnish

Just to update on this, all I did was bump the versions in the info file, and the module is working!
At least, the bits I needed of it are: specifically socket based communication with Varnish servers.

I contacted https://www.drupal.org/u/joshk → and https://www.drupal.org/u/misc → but didn't hear anything back.
