Duplicate emails from Email handler

Problem/Motivation

I am using the Webform Contact and more precisely its test page to submit the webform. Whenever I submit the webform, it's creating a single webform submission in the results. But for some unknown reason to me, it's sending duplicate emails (Email Handler).

I've also setup the theme to Bartik, not that it should make any difference since i am using the test page provided by the webform but still I see duplicate emails.
