Appropriate HTML tags not added to the allowed tags list

Problem/Motivation

When using this plugin with the "Limit allowed HTML tags and correct faulty HTML" filter, the appropriate HTML tags are not added to the list of allowed HTML tags, so the end up being filtered out.

    Still testing it, but this at least gets the FIGURE and OEMBED tags to show up in the output.

    The necessary tags is going to vary depending upon what HTML each oembed provider returns; patch #2 works for a Tweet, but it isn't enough for a video from Youtube or likely other services.
