Secondary toolbar breadcrumbs lost styling

Problem/Motivation

Upgrading to the latest version appears to have broken breadcrumbs in the secondary toolbar. I've got Gin set up to use the vertical toolbar.

Steps to reproduce

- Set gin to use vertical toolbar.
- go to layout builder page.
- Observe styling issues relating to missing gin breadcrumb.css

Proposed resolution

- Add gin/breadcrumb as a dependency of gin_lb/gin_lb to ensure breadcrumb styling is added.
