Steps Reproduce:
1. Install the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/view_marquee:^8.1'.
2: Add a new view and choose "View Marquee" in the view Format when we save this view it throws an error on recent logs, the errors mentioned below.
Warning: Undefined array key "speed" in Drupal\view_marquee\Plugin\views\style\ViewMarquee->buildOptionsForm() (line 76 of web\modules\contrib\view_marquee\src\Plugin\views\style\ViewMarquee.php)
Warning: Undefined array key "delay" in Drupal\view_marquee\Plugin\views\style\ViewMarquee->buildOptionsForm() (line 82 of web\modules\contrib\view_marquee\src\Plugin\views\style\ViewMarquee.php)
