Link field input disabled in Layout Builder when using Bootstrap base theme

Problem/Motivation

When editing text in a CKEditor 5 text field (I haven't tested this in CKE4), in a custom block being added to a Layout Builder layout, and trying to link text using the CKE5 link button, the URL input field in the pop-up link modal is disabled (or is somehow otherwise blocking the ability to click into it).

Steps to reproduce

  • Clean install of Drupal 10.2.x
  • Enable Layout Builder
  • Set the Bootstrap base theme, or a subtheme of it, as the default theme
  • Create a basic page
  • Add a link to the body field -- this should work as expected
  • Go into Layout Builder
  • Click Add Block
  • Click Create Content Block
  • Basic Block creation modal should open up -- add text to the body field and attempt to link it

Try this same procedure with Olivero -- or indeed any theme that isn't based on this one -- and the URL input will work as expected.
