Make sure the formatter is only used on media images

Problem/Motivation

Currently the FieldFormatter Plugin RiftMediaEntityReferencePictureFormatter can be chosen for every entity reference. We should make sure that this formatter can only be applied to media types that have a source of type image.

Proposed resolution

Implement the method

isApplicable()

to make sure that the underlaying media has an image source.
