Convert to GitLab CI template

Fixes issues reported by phpcs.

Fixed issues reported by style lint.

I added the pipeline.

I also fixed the issues reported by phpcs and style lint.

I create a project cspell file and add some words.

I am prepared to fix the issue reported by phpstan, but would prefer to do it in a different pull request.

Thanks for your effort, it's better to separate phpcs fix and gitlab ci integration.

The build now passes and test stage passes for Drupal 10 and 11. I disabled ESLINT (takes way too long) for now, and the PHPCS issues as noted can be fixed in a separate issue.
