Add an 'inverse option" on this module

Problem/Motivation

I have a lot of roles in Drupal (more 74), I check a lot of roles to deny access to certain content.
Following this, is it possible to have a reverse option on this module, so that:

When I check a role, I give it access and not the reverse.
